  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English and Bengali (both written and spoken).

Experience Level: 1–3 years (Real estate/hospitality background preferred)

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (real estate, hospitality, or investment sales preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bengali; knowledge of other languages is a plus (Arabic, Hindi, Chinese).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and in a team.
  • Must have a professional appearance and attitude suitable for dealing with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Willingness to travel locally and occasionally regionally for sales activities.



Responsibilities & Context:

Department: Sales & Marketing

Job Summary: The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving sales of real estate properties and hotel ownership units (both fractional and full) to local and international clients. This role involves proactive lead generation, client relationship management, and executing marketing initiatives to achieve the company’s growth and sales targets.

Location:

  • Level-05, Plot-06, Gulshan Avenue Road, Gulshan 1, Dhaka , Dhaka, Bangladesh

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Promotion

    • Proactively promote and sell real estate properties and hotel ownership units to prospective local and international clients.
    • Conduct client meetings, presentations, property showings, and site visits with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Lead Generation & Prospecting

    • Generate leads through digital platforms, referrals, cold calling, events, and field visits.
    • Develop and maintain a robust client database and manage CRM entries efficiently.

Client Engagement & Consultation

    • Understand and clearly explain features, benefits, ROI, and legal aspects of ownership models to potential buyers.
    • Follow up consistently with prospects to ensure deal closure.

Negotiation & Contract Management

    • Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and contract terms in line with company policies.
    • Prepare necessary documents and coordinate with the legal team for smooth contract execution.

Marketing Collaboration

    • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns and property exhibitions.
    • Assist in planning and attending industry events, expos, and open houses to build brand awareness.

Reporting & Market Insights

    • Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
    • Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer preferences to suggest improvements.

Team Support & Target Achievement

    • Contribute to achieving individual and group sales targets.
    • Support strategic growth initiatives and new business development activities.
