• Age 20 to 45 years

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a travel agency (experience in an IATA-accredited agency will be preferred)

Proficiency in at least two GDS (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre) is mandatory

Strong knowledge of airline fares, ticketing procedures, and travel documentation

Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with professionalism

• Provide professional travel consultation and complete travel solutions to clients
• Handle international and domestic air reservations, ticketing, reissue, and refunds efficiently
Advise clients on fare structures, routing options, airline policies, visa requirements, and travel regulations
Maintain and develop strong relationships with corporate and individual clients
Coordinate effectively with airlines, partners, and clients to ensure smooth travel arrangements
Ensure prompt response to client inquiries while maintaining high service standards
