Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Regular basis visit the market to get new clients and business opportunities.
∎ Follow the instructions of the Sales Team Leader and Sales Plan to implement sales in the market.
∎ Research, prospect, and establish leads for corporate relationships i.e. managing relationships with existing key customers and Establishing relationships with new customers.
∎ Sales are generated over the phone or email.
∎ Making propositions for a better sales plan.
∎ Explain the services and their benefits to customers for maximizing the use of the software.
∎ Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
∎ Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
∎ Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
∎ Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
∎ Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
