∎ Minimum 6 Months of experience in Sales role (preferably field based)
∎ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
∎ Knowledge of Mobile Applications & Tools (Apps like Lalamove, Google Forms & Sheet, CRM)
∎ Basic Reporting skills (Daily Acquisition, Retention. Order Placed etc.)
∎ Must have a Motorcycle

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive customer acquisition for Lalamove through targeted shop and business visits
∎ Foster customer retention through consistent revisits and strong relationship building.
∎ Generate orders for Lalamove from both acquisition & retention channels
∎ Enhance Lalamove's brand awareness by placing POSM materials in stores & businesses and actively posting on social media platforms
∎ As a Sales Executive at our company, your role will be dedicated to cultivating and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around engaging with potential customers, elucidating the advantages of our platform, onboarding them onto our system, providing guidance on how to effectively use our services, converting them into loyal customers, and performing other tasks necessary for driving business growth. Your success will be gauged by your ability to meet daily and monthly targets for customer acquisition and generating orders.
