Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct daily shop and business visits
∎ Help the shop and business owners to download the app and introduce them to the application
∎ Establish contact with Points of Contact (PICs) of the shops and businesses
∎ Place stickers of Lalamove in shops and businesses
∎ Maintain real-time communication for shop and business visit updates
∎ Identify and address the business challenges of shops and businesses
∎ Pitch and sell services of Lalamove by demonstrating the benefits
∎ Drive initial sales conversions
∎ Achieve daily visit and sales target
∎ Ensure long lasting customer relationships

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven and successful experience in sales, preferably in a field-based role.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential customers as well as your colleagues at Lalamove because to provide the best value to customers, all of us at Lalamove need to work together.
∎ Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
∎ Good computer skill and phone skills (e.g., Google Sheet, App Use, Analysis the sales process, Record your sales speech)
∎ Good Social Media Knowledge (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp)
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Having a mentality to travel around the entire Dhaka city
∎ Good Communication Skills in both Bengali and English

Salary: Negotiable
