Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate preferred (Completed or studying).
∎ Minimum H.S.C in any discipline from a reputed institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet and guide customers in the store.
∎ Assist customers to find the right products as per their needs.
∎ Promote selective products and promotions to the customers.
∎ Ensure sales and services by satisfying customers' shopping experiences.
∎ Should have sound knowledge regarding packaged food products, dairy, beverages, hardware, and consumer appliances.
∎ Have thorough knowledge regarding the display and merchandising of products.
∎ Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets monthly and quarterly.
∎ Ensure product requisition while empty or short quantity.
∎ Create an impactful environment for both customers and colleagues
∎ Proper preservation of required or assigned Documentation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Smart and good-looking with good etiquette.
∎ Flexible in working hours.
∎ Willing to travel from store to home late at night or work in night shift (If necessary).
∎ Speaking and writing English will be an advantage.
∎ Clear and attractive voice with no native punctuation.
∎ Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of experience needed in the retail industry.
∎ Required Skills: Strong Sales skills, work under pressure, Customer-centric, Goal oriented & Aggressive, Enthusiastic, Committed, Empathetic, Strong work ethics
