We are looking for a motivated and reliable Sales Assistant to join our Pentel showroom team at Khilkhet (AIUB), Dhanmondi, Zamzam tower uttara . As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling billing, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring the shop remains clean and well-organized. A passion for stationery and strong communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service & Sales

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Provide information about Pentel products and help customers make purchase decisions.

  • Maintain a good understanding of the brand’s product range and promotions.

• Billing & Transactions

  • Operate the cash register/point of sale (POS) system efficiently.

  • Handle billing and payment processes accurately and responsibly.

• Shop Maintenance

  • Ensure the showroom is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.

  • Clean shelves, counters, and floors regularly as part of daily upkeep.

• Stock Management

  • Keep track of inventory and report stock shortages or discrepancies.

  • Receive and organize new stock deliveries.

  • Maintain proper stock display and labelling.

• Merchandising

  • Rearrange and restock shelves to ensure products are displayed neatly.

  • Ensure that high-demand and promotional items are prominently displayed.

• Communication & Teamwork

  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.

  • Assist in showroom events, sales campaigns, or product launches when needed.
