Responsibilities & Context:
Workplace: Office and customer side.
Key Responsibilities & Context
Installation, maintenance, and service for laboratory instruments.
Conducting installation, commissioning, and operational training.
Troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of instruments.
Preparing and updating customer databases and providing monthly service reports to management.
Developing a strong company brand image through quality service.
Ensuring timely service and maintenance for clients.
Visiting prospective customer labs and following up with existing clients.
Coordinating with various internal teams (Management, QC, Procurement, etc.) to ensure smooth business growth.
Managing the procurement of spare parts and accessories.
Collecting and analyzing maintenance and service data for management.
Supporting and leading continuous improvement activities.
Finding new customers and building strong client relationships.
Performing any other tasks assigned by management.
