Royal Cable Industries PLC is an emerging manufacturer of wires and cables in Bangladesh with a vision to become one of the top companies in the related field. We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets and business objectives in the Chittagong division.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase market share for our products.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships with existing and potential customers, dealers, and distributors.
Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to provide regular reports to the management.
Conduct market research to identify competitor activities and consumer needs.
Prepare and manage the sales and marketing budget.
Organize and participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and other marketing events.
Ensure timely collection of sales proceeds and manage credit control.
Provide training and guidance to the sales team to enhance their performance.
