Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage sales and marketing strategies for Royal Cable Industries PLC.
∎ Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and brand awareness.
∎ Lead the sales team to achieve company objectives through direct marketing, database marketing, and telemarketing.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with key clients and business partners.
∎ Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
∎ Monitor team performance and provide necessary training to enhance productivity.
∎ Ensure smooth client communication and maintain a strong customer database.
∎ Prepare contracts, agreements, and necessary official documentation.
