Job Responsibilities

LABAID Group, one of the leading healthcare brands in Bangladesh is looking for qualifiedcandidates for immediate appointment at Labaid Specialized Hospital Chattogram.

Position RMO (Surgery, Gynae, Emergency, ICU)

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:

• Conduct physical examinations and record patients’ medical history.
• Help to manage acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and diseases.
• Prescribe medications and order laboratory tests as necessary.
• Coordinate with nurses, lab technicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensurepatient care.

Clinical Duties:

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress and revise treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in rounds and case discussions pertinent to patient care.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of patient records.

Emergency Response:

• Attend to emergency cases in the hospital and provide timely and appropriate treatment.
• Coordinate with emergency services like ambulance and other first responders.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with specialists and support staff to plan and execute patient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients and family members regarding treatment plans andcare processes.

Education and Training:

• Participate in the training of junior medical staff and apprentices.
• Stay updated on medical advances and integrate new methodologies into practice.

Quality Assurance:

• Comply with hospital regulations and established protocols concerning infectionprevention.
• Participate in audits and contribute to quality improvement efforts within the facility.

Research and Development:

• To help medical research activities and contribute to scholarly articles.
• Facilitate and participate in continuous medical education programs.
