Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Revenue Management, Hotel Management, or a related field from a recognized university.
Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Revenue Manager or Reservations Manager within an upper-upscale or premium hotel environment.
Must have an excellent command of MS Office applications (specifically advanced Microsoft Excel formulas, data sheets, and PowerPoint presentations).
Deep functional knowledge of Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), with a high preference for Opera PMS.
Thorough technical command over integrated hospitality distribution networks, including Channel Managers, Central Reservation Systems (CRS), and Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).
Solid grounding in forecasting models, financial acumen, dynamic yield strategy, and rate plan management.
Well-groomed, highly organized, focused, data-driven, and pleasing personality with sharp attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and strategic planning capabilities to easily adapt to business demands.
The position is a core on-site strategic role for Q Hotel Dhaka. The incumbent will be responsible for maximizing hotel revenue, inventory health, room occupancy, and overall property profitability through tactical dynamic pricing, strict inventory controls, systematic forecasting, and comprehensive market trend analysis. The role directly leads and mentors the property's daily reservation operations, channel distributions, and yield optimization strategies while ensuring absolute booking and system data accuracy.
Formulate and implement property yield management frameworks and pricing strategies to optimize Average Daily Rate (ADR), occupancy levels, and Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR).
Directly oversee daily reservation operations, ensuring flawless data entry accuracy, rate code integrations, and guest profile management within the PMS.
Manage, configure, and maintain all electronic distribution channels, central room inventories, OTA profiles, and Channel Manager links.
Conduct advanced local hospitality market intelligence tracking, competitor bench-marking (CompSet analysis), and seasonality demand forecasting.
Coordinate closely on a daily basis with the General Manager, Head of Sales & Marketing, and Food & Beverage teams to realign pricing, corporate allocations, and upcoming promotional packages.
Leverage social media performance metrics, local hospitality indicators, and digital marketing data inputs to capture conversion opportunities.
Prepare, analyze, and present weekly and monthly yield performance, variance updates, and occupancy forecasting reports directly to the Executive Management and Corporate Owners.
Lead, mentor, and establish objective operational targets for the reservations and inventory control personnel.
