∎ Diploma in Hotel Management.
∎ Bachelor degree in Hotel Management is Preferable.
∎ For candidates having experience in Restaurant Operation, education qualifications may be relaxed.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Estimate food consumption, place orders with suppliers / Head Office, and schedule delivery of fresh foods and beverages.
∎ Resolve customer complaints about food quality or service.
∎ Monitor actions of staff and customers to ensure that health and safety standards and regulations are maintained.
∎ Check the quality of deliveries of fresh food and baked goods.
∎ Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and other services.
∎ Total receipts and balances against sales, deposits, banking and purchases are maintained.
∎ Assist in recruiting, hiring, and overseeing training for staff.
∎ Schedule work hours for servers, kitchen staff & branch-related staff.
∎ Monitor food preparation and methods.
∎ Identify and estimate quantities of foods, beverages, and supplies to be ordered.
∎ Maintain relationships with customers and staff.
∎ Update and use job-related knowledge.
∎ Make decisions and solve problems when required.
∎ Process and analyze information/stock when scheduling and budgeting.
∎ Record information about inventory.
∎ Monitor and oversee purchases, menus, staff, payroll, attendance, leave, etc.
∎ Guide, direct, and train staff.
∎ Promotes professionalism through appearance and manner.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Restaurant Manager or similar role.
∎ Completed training in all areas of the restaurant.
∎ Must be able to take direction and delegate responsibilities.
∎ Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Strong Leadership Qualities.
∎ Operation overview experiences.
Salary: Negotiable
