রেডি টু কুক পাঁচমিশালি তে নদী-হাওড়- বিল ও পুকুরের বিভিন্ন ছোট মাছ থাকে। চিংড়ি, পাবদা, কই, শিং, টেংরা ইত্যাদি ধরনের ছোট মাছ থাকে।

Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/or Bachelor's Degree in from a recognized University with the Preference in Hospitability Management.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.
∎ Organize and supervise shifts.
∎ Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity on an ongoing basis.
∎ Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
∎ Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
∎ Manage restaurant's good image and suggest ways to improve it.
∎ Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
∎ Prepare detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
∎ Promote the brand in the local community through various ways.
∎ Recommend ways to reach a broader audience.
∎ Identify and delegate responsibilities staff to ensure objectives are met and excellent service is consistently achieved.
∎ Manage operations with passion, integrity, and knowledge while promoting the culture and values of the brand.
∎ Implement new company policies and procedures by developing plans and instructing staff.
∎ Provide direction to shift leaders, and staff to achieve restaurant goals.
∎ Consistently review operations and staff to identify any problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
∎ Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensuring all staff engages guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations.
∎ Manage the restaurant to meet or exceed standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
∎ Consistently monitor product and labor costs to remain within goals.
∎ Solicit guest feedback to understand the needs and wants of customers.
∎ Follow the Restaurant policies and procedures, including those for cash handing and safety/ security.
∎ Follow inventory control and product purchasing procedures.
∎ Monitor and maintain the POS System.
∎ Assist in menu creation and implementation.
∎ Develop and implement creative solutions to areas of improvement.
∎ Conduct staff and daily pre-shift meetings.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 05 or more years of working Experience in similar Industry.
∎ Able to use touch-sensitive POS System.
∎ Able to work in a high-temperature kitchen for an extended period of time.
∎ Completed training in all areas of restaurant.
∎ Must be able to take direction and delegate responsibilities.
∎ Able to work in a fast paced environment.
∎ Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
∎ Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and staff.
∎ Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
∎ Acute financial management skills.
