∎ Diploma in Hotel Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure food safety cleanliness and security.
∎ Provide all financial report to the management.
∎ Train up the service staff on standard service delivery according to demand of customer.
∎ Collect order from the room and guest.
∎ Plan for the presentation of future food menu and seasonal variety of food.
∎ Work knowledge with foreign guest.
∎ Control operating cost and identity measures to reduce the cost.
∎ Supervise the dining area, food, and beverage service staff of the restaurant and kitchen.
∎ Organized the furniture and fixture according to the standard procedure of the Restaurant.
∎ Organized the crockery and cutleries and keep records of stock.
∎ Develops a relationship with all guests to build repeated clientele internally and externally.
∎ Follows up to ensure complaints have been addressed to the guest's satisfaction.
∎ Understands the brand's service culture.
∎ Responds quickly and proactively to guest's concerns.
∎ Creates and nurtures a property environment that emphasizes motivation
∎ Having good knowledge in Food & Beverage, Events Management, Banquet Sales and Outside Catering.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ You will have a strong focus on customer service and providing a top quality fine dining experience. The expectation is excellent service coupled with a warm, friendly, country hospitality.
∎ Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are a must!
