• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.

• Comply with hotel security and safety procedures.

• Design and develop diverse menus inspired by global cuisines (e.g., Asian, Mediterranean, Latin American, Middle Eastern, European, etc.).

• Plan seasonal or themed menus for special events and international guests.

• Supervise the preparation and cooking of international dishes to ensure high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.

• Maintain consistency in flavor profiles and plating across all outlets.

• Ensure portion control and minimize food wastage.

• Coordinate daily kitchen operations and assign duties to team members.

• Ensure all dishes meet organizational quality and presentation standards.

• Regularly inspect food storage, preparation, and service areas for compliance with food safety standards.

• Work closely with restaurant managers, event coordinators, and hospitality teams to design custom menus.
