∎ Training/Trade Course: IATA course,GDS Course, Training from tourism Institue
∎ Skills Required: Customer Service, Tour and Travel Agency
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Amadeus, GDS SYSTEM, Sabre, Work as a travel agency or relevant work
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer service
∎ Handling of corporate clients in line with their travel policies.
∎ Prepare itineraries, routing, quotations, reservation/ticketing in GDS etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ For reservation officers At least 5 year(s) experience in Amadeus/Sabre ticketing/reservations.
∎ For customer service assistant all training will be provided.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Customer Service, Hajj-Umrah, Reservation/ Ticketing, Tour Guide, Tour Package, Travel Agent, Visa Processing
∎ must have good communication skills & good personal behavior
