Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Master of Public Health (MPH) from a reputed university/school/institute is mandatory
∎ Medical graduate having with a MPH degree can also apply
∎

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis of data conducted through interviews, focus groups, workshops or other methods;
∎ Carrying out qualitative and quantitative data analysis of existing secondary data sets and primary qualitative and quantitative data, using Excel and/or SPSS/STATA software;
∎ Organizing, designing and carrying out qualitative and quantitative fieldwork, often with marginalized or vulnerable people, in different locations and contexts across the country;
∎ Working closely with others as part of a team and with external stakeholders to manage relationships and deliver work.
∎ Producing quality and varied research outputs for a range of audiences including analysis, report writing and presentations where necessary;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience of qualitative and quantitative data analysis, including of large existing data sets, using Excel and/or SPSS/STATA software;
∎ Experience of designing qualitative and quantitative research tools
∎ Good IT knowledge
