Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-graduate degree in economics, business administration, social sciences, or any related field from a reputed global and/or Bangladeshi university
∎ Demonstrable ability in writing fluent, error-free and readable reports in English
∎ Strong aptitude with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point
∎ Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Illustrator
∎ Superior work ethic and time management skills
∎ High emotional intelligence and the ability to work in a team and the larger university system
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design concepts and develop proposals for survey-based research projects that have both academic/theoretical relevance to a larger field of study as well as interest among civil society and policy makers
∎ Oversee survey-based research projects including data collection, analysis and report writing
∎ Undertake desk-based research projects for publishing whitepapers and articles in reputed journals
∎ Contribute to ongoing CES projects across different sectors like e-learning, e-commerce, diversity and inclusion, social enterprise, financial inclusion etc.
∎ Write strong reports in fluent, error-free and readable English
∎ Liaise with industry experts, thought leaders, policy makers and subject matter experts o Include their input in research publications
∎ Invite them to workshop./talk series events/webinars organized by CES
∎ Collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to arrange seminars, conferences and webinars.
