Job Context:
∎ NGP - Narigrantha Prabartana is a Women`s Resource Centre is seeking applications for the position of Research Associate.
∎ Research Associate: NGP invites applications from the qualified candidates for a post of Research Associate based in NGP Dhaka office with the field trip in project areas of outside Dhaka. Both male and female applicants are encouraging to apply.
∎ Research Associate: Research Associate will be responsible to assist the Project Coordinator for active role to follow up the overall activities with report writing both in English and Bengali.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement the directives of Project Coordinator.
∎ Assist to design and prepare the plan and implement the project activities in accordance with the organizational plans and donor requirements.
∎ Help to ensure the project delivers all desired targets on time and with quality.
∎ Committed to report writing in a short time frame and under time pressure.
∎ Prepare event report in addition to monthly, quarterly and annual report.
∎ Ensure programmatic and financial compliance in related to the report.
∎ Perform any other duties as and when necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Master's degree with at least 3 years of experience in development sector.
∎ Should have experience support to Project Management, project coordination, staff supervision, monitoring and evaluation
∎ Should have experience in quality report writing both English and Bengali.
∎ Should have experience in publication of books, magazine.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office Tools including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Bangla typing skill is must.
