∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for performing all types of tasks assigned by chamber in connection with the Office of Registrar of Joint Stock & Firms (RJSC).
∎ Submitting necessary documents in the office of RJSC for charge creation or charge modification or charge vacating and pursuing the files and collecting certificates accordingly.
∎ Preparation of Search Report upon verification of documents from the office of RJSC.
∎ Assisting obtainment of different types of permissions/certificates from different government authorities including Board of Investment, RAJUK, National Housing Authority etc.
∎ Proper knowledge on charge creation, charge vacating, charge modification, company incorporation
