Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build up strong leadership and teamwork to achieve business goals.
∎ Developing a market for Energypac supplied Agro-Machinery Equipment and
∎ increasing sales within the assigned territory
∎ Monitor daily sales tracking and sales variance
∎ Frequent market visit and market opportunity assessment
∎ Deal with different dealers and distributors to maintain a vibrant sale network.
∎ Dealer's motivation and their performance evaluation
∎ Drive to achieve monthly Sales and collection Target
∎ Monitor daily sales tracking and sales variance
∎ Frequent market visit and market opportunity assessment.
∎ Maintaining and supervising the sales & distribution of the Territory.
∎ Forecast for Sales and Collection, plan consequently to meet the assigned targets.
∎ Develop a business plan and identify sales strategy to comply with competitors for
∎ maximization of the Company's goals and profitability.
∎ Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and sales- collection commitment of
∎ officer to the achievement of Territory/ Region objectives and targets.
∎ Provide a report on target, performance and justification for the business outcome.
∎ Regular reporting to the top management on periodical Sales and Collection performance.
∎ Perform any other task as assigned by the concerned authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 7+ years' of experience including at least 5 years proven track record in a leading role of Tractor sales.
∎ Should be capable of managing Tractor Business independently.
∎ Target oriented, proactive, confident and with excellent negotiation skills.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ Good skills in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
∎ Ability to deal with multiple tasks under pressure meeting deadlines.
