Responsibilities & Context:
  • Achieve the primary and secondary sales target through Distribution, Productivity and Marketing.
  • Perform demand generation activities, sales planning and strategies to achieve targets Manage and direct activities congenial to Sales & Collection.
  • Visit & find out prospective clients and creating new market opportunity Establish and maintain operational guidelines, procedures and practices;
  • To establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the Company's business plan.
  • Responsible for coordinating the specific objectives of the Sales Plan with all of the functional departments of the company and, most specifically with Finance.
  • In coordination with the Business Development, establishes both market and target customer strategies for the company
  • Monitor operational performance to improve the existing performance and efficiency of the Sales & Collection operatives and processes.
  • Implement modern Sales techniques like lean Management to minimize costing.
  • Prepare and monitor budget to achieve goals in line with company goals.
  • Generate new business using existing and potential networks Lead and implement new technology and modern techniques to bring upon continuous improvement enhancing Sales and Collection.
  • Coordination with marketing department to preparing annual marketing & Promotional plan with their execution.
  • Ensure successful management of the needs of the Company's customers in order to meet the objectives of the company's overall business plans and strategies, total sales and collection and yearly policy for Company growth.
  • Manage the entire field and in house sales functions of The Company's facilities.
  • The position specifically is responsible for field sales, inside sales and telemarketing, and all customer support functions of the business.
  • Define and manage the monthly and annual sales objectives for all of the sales personnel.
  • Spend a significant portion of time in the field both with individual accounts and co travelling with sales personnel.
  • Monitoring competitor activities and innovate ideas effective counter measures
  • In coordination with Business Development, establish compensation plans for under your sales personnel including salary structures, commission plans, sales contests and bonus plans
  • Provide market & competitor information to feed the targeting, pricing and product development processes,
  • Monitor Sales metrics (e.g quarterly sales results and annual forecasts);
  • Maintain & serve existing dealers & look for attractive new ones within commercial business,
  • Maximize pro stability of sales by managing consistency in supply & secondary sales, Contribute to team building through positive participation in training, sales meetings, exhibitions & other company functions,
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual sales strategies. Contribute to the development of the annual sales plan for assigned territory,
  • Provide accurate & timely reports and records, & constantly review & update database, Demonstrate leadership in managing stakeholders, building strong PR for market promotion & achieving sales target,
  • Discover new opportunities & products & services to prospective customers, Document picture, video clip, field visit report & insert in system, Facebook page timely.
