Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ Masters in Accounting/ Finance/ MBS/ MBA from any recognize University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Micro-Credit

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements
∎ Undertaking strategic analysis
∎ Producing long-term business plans
∎ Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure
∎ Managing budgets
∎ Developing and managing financial systems/models
∎ Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk
∎ Liaison with NBR, MRA,RJS C , NGO Affairs Bureau, other Govt. departments
∎ Supervising staff, liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues
∎ Correspondence with donors/ partners
∎ Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience should be more than 5 years and two year relevant experience as supervisors in similar industry.
∎ Ability to work independently
∎ Good oral and written communication skill both in Bangla and English
