Educational Requirements:
∎ Retired defense officer (RAB/ Police/ Army/ BGB & Navy)
∎ H.S.C / Graduate & Other in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having Capacity to Recruit Security personnel whole over the country.
∎ Capable to monitor and Control the whole Security Recruiting for the organization.
∎ Coordinate the Site administration to implement security policies, regulations, rules, and norms.
∎ Having communication with NGO who are spreading all over the country.
∎ Implementing security protocols.
∎ Having Communication with the chairman, members & local well known personnel.
∎ Sourcing Security guard when required.
∎ Having idea about recruitment procedure or system.
∎ Having the instructional & Training Knowledge.
∎ Ensure security of materials in Construction site by regular checking procedure.
∎ Understand Site needs, maintain and develop site security activities.
∎ To maintain contacts with local Police Station, Fire, Hospital and other necessary utility service providers
∎ Perform any other works as and when required by the management.
