∎ Should have Motorcycle driving experience with valid driving license.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Keep tracking market dues.
∎ Plan course of action to recover outstanding .
∎ Locate and contact related party or person.
∎ Update account status and database regularly.
∎ Keep clear knowledge about project, handle customers' questions or complaints.
∎ Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment terms.
∎ Build good relationship & trust with customers.
∎ Identify gaps in the system and recommend solutions.
∎ Maintain personal work records and provide management with statistical information as and when required.
∎ Comply with requirements when legal actions is required.
∎ Keep tracking market dues.
