Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet and welcome visitors to the offices.
∎ Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
∎ Manage both incoming and outgoing correspondences, deliveries and posts in a timely manner.
∎ Responding to all incoming calls in a professional manner & forwarding to related person.
∎ Providing necessary information to all local and overseas incoming calls.
∎ Ensuring an uninterrupted telephonic service.
∎ Develop and maintain a tracking system on all incoming & outgoing mails and courier items for the office.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Basic knowledge of MS Office.
∎ Having a positive attitude & passion towards profession.
∎ Excellent Communication and interpersonal skill.
