Responsibilities & Context: - Greet all patients, attendants, and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Guide patients through the registration process and direct them to relevant departments.
- Manage incoming calls, appointment bookings, and general inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and calm front desk environment.
- Coordinate with nursing stations, OPD units, and diagnostic departments for smooth patient flow.
- Act as a primary liaison between patients and hospital departments to ensure timely service delivery.
- Address patient complaints, concerns, or feedback promptly and escalate unresolved issues to management.
- Conduct satisfaction surveys and assist in preparing reports on patient feedback.
- Educate patients on hospital policies, procedures, billing protocols, and available services.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold patient rights and dignity at all times.
- Assist in patient admissions, discharges, and billing coordination.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update databases/CRM systems where applicable.
- Track and report daily footfall, appointment status, and service delays to management.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, pharmacy, and laboratory teams for coordinated patient support.
- Ensure availability of brochures, feedback forms, and patient education materials at reception.
