Real Estate data Analyst

Job Overview:

A Real Estate Analyst studies property markets, evaluates investment opportunities, and provides insights to help clients, investors, or companies make informed real estate decisions. They combine financial modeling, market research, and strategic planning to assess the value and potential of properties or portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research & Analysis

   • Study local, regional, and national real estate trends.

   • Analyze supply, demand, pricing, and economic indicators.

   • Evaluate competitor properties and investment activity.

2. Financial Modeling & Valuation

   • Conduct property valuations using methods like DCF (Discounted Cash Flow), cap rate, and comparable sales.

   • Build pro-forma financial models for investment or development projects.

   • Assess ROI (Return on Investment), cash flow, and risk factors.

3. Investment Analysis

   • Evaluate residential, commercial, and industrial properties for acquisition, sale, or leasing.

   • Identify opportunities for development, redevelopment, or portfolio optimization.

4. Reporting & Recommendations

   • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for investors, clients, or senior management.

   • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.

5. Collaboration

   • Work with brokers, developers, property managers, and financial teams.

   • Coordinate due diligence for potential acquisitions or investments.
