∎ Research educational trends and competitor strategies to guide content development.
∎ Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all publications through rigorous content review.
∎ Collaborate with writers, editors, and designers to produce engaging materials.
∎ Propose new ideas to improve content formats and publication strategies.
∎ Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s from any reputed university.
∎ Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply, though experienced candidates will be given preference.
∎ Government job aspirants are preferable.
∎ Strong research and writing abilities.
∎ Knowledge of educational content design and exam preparation techniques.
∎ Proficiency in digital publication tools and MS Office.
∎ Excellent communication skills in Bengali and English.
