Responsibilities & Context:
1. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Rangpur branch.
- Expand corporate customer/ sales network in the northern region.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends; develop strategies to capture market share.
- Must be submit corporate sales funnel to GM corporate.
2. Financial & Compliance Accountability
- Monitor branch expenses and ensure cost efficiency.
- Prepare branch sales reports, forecasts.
- Ensure adherence to company compliance, credit policies, and financial regulations.
3. Branch Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations of the rangpur branch, including order processing, delivery, and stock management.
- Ensure proper documentation, invoicing, and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with the central warehouse and logistics team for smooth supply chain operations.
4. Dealer & Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with key dealers, partners, and corporate clients in Rangpur region.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Conduct regular market visits and dealer meetings to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Supervise, coach, and motivate branch sales & operations staff.
