Responsibilities & Context:

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Rangpur branch.
  • Expand corporate customer/ sales network in the northern region.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends; develop strategies to capture market share.
  • Must be submit corporate sales funnel to GM corporate.

2. Financial & Compliance Accountability

  • Monitor branch expenses and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Prepare branch sales reports, forecasts.
  • Ensure adherence to company compliance, credit policies, and financial regulations.

 

3. Branch Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations of the rangpur branch, including order processing, delivery, and stock management.
  • Ensure proper documentation, invoicing, and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with the central warehouse and logistics team for smooth supply chain operations.

4. Dealer & Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with key dealers, partners, and corporate clients in Rangpur region.
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
  • Conduct regular market visits and dealer meetings to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Supervise, coach, and motivate branch sales & operations staff.
