Responsibilities & Context:
- Approve or reject raw materials, packaging materials, intermediate, bulk, finished products, and pre-purchase raw materials.
- Prepare & update all documentation related to testing, sampling instructions, specifications, test methods, and validation.
- To ensure that the appropriate validations and calibrations of control equipment are performed.
- To ensure that all necessary tests are carried out as per company policy.
- To check the maintenance of the QA/QC equipment and sanitation.
- To ensure that the WHO cGMP & ISO guidelines are followed.
- To coordinate with Product Management and Regulatory Affairs for preparing technical data, annexure, and other documents for Drug Administration.
- Directly monitoring & controlling all the in-process tests for corrective measures if required.
- To arrange adequate stocks of reagents, glassware & consumables are available.
