• 7 years of professional experience in public sector governance, service delivery, and process management.

• 5 years of professional experience in policy formulation and implementation for urban resilience.

• 3 years of management experience in projects, companies or other organizations.

• Support the Team Leader in reaching the contract goals.

• Provide expertise on policy formulation and implementation for urban resilience.

• Organizing, facilitating, and moderating events and workshops.

• Conduct stakeholder consultations to ensure alignment with needs and regulations.

• Ensure compliance with environmental, social, and safety standards during implementation.

• Support the capacity development of stakeholders to ensure the long-term sustainability of implemented measures.
