Responsibilities & Context:
Provide individual and group counselling to the survivors living in shelter home
Assess mental health needs of the survivors using scientific methods and develop effective treatment plan
Support survivors based on their need to improve their mental state and restore their mental strength to recover from the psychological issues.
Documenting counselling sessions for further analysis
Work and liaise closely with the Survivors, Program Officers, and Shelter Home Staffs.
Arrange Group Therapy Session for Survivor and Shelter home Staffs.
Develop effective tools to measure psychological progress of the survivors throughout the recovery process.
