Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responding to certain mails, preparation of draft, office note, meeting schedule, appointment schedule etc. of Chairman/MD.
∎ The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
∎ Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
∎ Handle all incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the Chairman/MD.
∎ Organizing inter-departmental meetings of Chairman/MD with department heads.
∎ Communication and Correspondence to maintain all Chairman/MD schedules, coordinating appointments, meetings, and events.
∎ Contact with related Govt. and non-Govt. offices for any official program.
∎ Maintain all confidential files, with particular reference.
∎ Prioritize and optimize the use of time to ensure maximum services and smooth workflow.
∎ Provide telephone coverage - answer executive phones, take accurate messages, know where the executives are at all times.
∎ Handle emergency calls with appropriate judgment.
∎ Performing other duties consistent with the level of this position and as advised
