Preferred Experience: Bidding on repairs or hazard claimsPrior work with MCS, Safeguard, Cyprexx, Guardian, NFR or similar nationalsBasic understanding of US foreclosure/REO process
Responsibilities & Context:
Receive, review and assign work orders (inspections, securing, winterization, debris removal, lawn/maid service, repairs, REO)
Verify field photos against work-order scope; flag missing or non-compliant photos and request corrections
Prepare bids and invoices to HUD, FNMA, FHLMC and client-specific pricing and allowable guidelines
Upload completed orders, photos and invoices to client portals (PPW, Pruvan, Property Pres Wizard, client-specific systems)
Track due dates and resolve chargebacks, rejections and follow-up requests before deadlines
Communicate with US field crews, vendors and client coordinators by email and phone
Maintain daily production logs and QC reports
