Proven experience in project sales within the solar industry or electronics industry.
Demonstrated record of successfully closing project deals (residential, commercial, or industrial).
Practical knowledge of solar systems or electrical installations.
Strong communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driving license (preferred).
Responsibilities & Context:
Design, install, and maintain solar power systems for residential and commercial clients.
Conduct site assessments to determine energy needs and system feasibility.
Troubleshoot and repair solar panels, inverters, and electrical systems.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations.
Assist in the technical documentation and cost estimation for projects.
Work with project managers to develop efficient solar energy solutions.
Stay updated with the latest solar energy trends and technologies.
Support the sales department by understanding showroom, E-commerce products and assisting clients when needed.
Learn driving skills (if not already licensed). Candidates with a valid driving license will be preferred. Otherwise, the company will assist in obtaining a driving license.
Improve company reputation by ensuring excellent customer service and handling client inquiries professionally.
Deal with clients effectively, ensuring smooth communication and offering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Maintain professional ethics and teamwork to contribute to company growth and client satisfaction.
