Job Responsibilities:
∎ Effective coordination, implementation, monitoring of relevant programme activities in accordance to programme goals
∎ Support to build capacity of National Legal Aid Services Organization (NLASO), other Government organizations providing legal aid services and Partner NGOs (PNGOs)
∎ Support team to build effective partnership among criminal justice institutions, other Government department or agencies, PNGOs and relevant private sectors actors
∎ Keep a close relationship with each team and provide support to each other for exploring more opportunity to create result in the project

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years' experience in working with National or International organization in Good Governance, Human Rights, Women's Rights, Children's Rights, Women Empowerment, Legal Aid, Conflict Transformation etc.
∎ Working with community will be an added advantage
∎ Experience of working with government stakeholders at local and national level will be an added advantage
∎ In-depth understanding of the development issues particularly those affecting the governance sector, human rights and rule of law
∎ Experience of organizing and facilitating different events like training and workshops
∎ Strong communication and inter-personal skills
∎ Proven ability in self-organisation, to work independently, under pressure and deliver on time
∎ Proven ability to work as a team member
∎ Capacity to resolve any problem related to work independently
∎ Experience of developing IEC materials will be an advantage
