∎ About Zabai: Zabai provides high-quality education for young people in developing countries. The education is provided through e-learning, video lessons and blended learning and it is distributed from a platform specifically created for developing countries. Our focus is on creating measurable results; therefore, all our projects have clearly defined effect goals. We use innovative techniques and tools that reach large target groups, and that speaks to the heart as well as to the mind. We deliver solutions for all platforms, such as desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
∎ Zabai is currently a team of 20 persons working out of Oslo, Norway and Yangon, Myanmar. We are now in a process of establishing Zabai Bangladesh and have started the recruiting process in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Project Manager/Script Writer main responsibility is to lead the development of e-learning projects internally, to write manuscripts for the e-learning courses, and to communicate with and follow up with clients.
∎ Write engaging e-learning content.
∎ Manage e-learning development projects.
∎ Work closely with customers and colleagues.
∎ Contribute to proposals and project design.
∎ Design, implement and test our Learning Management System (LMS).
∎ Administration of Zabai’s Learning Management System (LMS).
∎ Report project status.
∎ This is an ideal role for someone with teaching or communications experience or someone who has experience working with an NGO.
Additional Requirements:
∎ English proficiency.
∎ College/university degree in a relevant field of study.
∎ Structured, well organized, and self-driven.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Experience and interest in information technology and education.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ The successful candidate must be loyal to accept Zabai’s Code of Conduct.
