Job Context:
∎ South Asia Partnership-Bangladesh (SAP-Bangladesh) invites application for the position of Project Manager from the potential Bangladeshi nationals for implementing "Girls Get Equal: An integrated approach to end Child, Early and Forced Marriage" for 5 years with possibility of further extension.
∎ Report to: Director- Programme

Job Responsibilities:
∎ PM will be responsible for managing and implementing the project
∎ Leads the process of developing/ develop implementation plan of the project with detail activities, operational processes and budget for field level implementation.
∎ S/he will also be responsible for capacity building of project staff regarding project implementation.
∎ PM will the budget holder of the project and ensure the project expenditure as per project implementation plan by maintaining quality.
∎ Ensures development of M&E framework of the project to support comprehensive and quality monitoring of the project performance at community level.
∎ Ensure programme quality by doing a rigorous monitoring
∎ Coordinate with different stakeholders and liaison with government department/administration and LGIs
∎ He/she will closely work with technical team of Plan International Bangladesh
∎ He will supervise a team under his/her leadership and responsible for staff management
∎ Produce reports required under the project as per donor guideline and compliance
∎ Document programme learning and best practices
∎ He/she will integrate gender transformative component in community mobilization, including the empowerment of girls and adolescent girls and the engagement of men.
∎ Implement advocacy issues of the project at the local level
∎ S/he will take pro-actives trance in identifying and mitigating risks in project implementation.
∎ Ensures that organization's Child Protection and Gender Equality policy are fully embedded in project implementation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years' experience in project management especially in managerial position in any development organization.
∎ Age maximum 45 years (age limit may be relaxed in case of highly potential and experienced candidates)

Salary:
∎ Gross Taka 55,385 per month (and yearly salary increment, two festival bonus per year etc. as per policy of the organization)
