• Age At least 30 years

• Shimantik is a national non-government organization working in Bangladesh. Shimantik awarded a project named “MOMENTUM Integrated Health Resilience (MIHR) Bangladesh Activity” funded by United State Department/JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc. to implement it in the tea gardens of Moulvibazar, Hobiganj and Sylhet districts. The organization is going to recruit necessary human resources for the project which is described below:

Day-to-day management; coordination with MIHR and GoB; in designing, planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating the project activities and also, in developing future strategies by making recommendations. Supervision of field teams; workplan implementation, monitor project activities and supervise the work of supervisee staff directly through regular field visits and providing on-site technical assistance (hand-on training) Organize and facilitate monthly staff meetings to review progress and develop actions for further improvements and reach the contract conditions. Preparation of the annual work plan with target (quality, coverage and goals), budget and project implementation report.
