• At least three years course /diploma in midwifery/ nursing/MA etc. from any recognized government institution or government affiliated institution. 2-3 Experience in relevant field will be given preference.

• Shimantik is a national non-government organization working in Bangladesh. Shimantik awarded a project named “MOMENTUM Integrated Health Resilience (MIHR) Bangladesh Activity” funded by United State Department/JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc. to implement it in the tea gardens of Moulvibazar, Hobiganj and Sylhet districts. The organization is going to recruit necessary human resources for the project which is described below:

Provide selected components of ESD/ MNCH care as specified by service delivery protocols. Conduct procedures as specified in service delivery protocols. Refer clients to designated centers for any complication /high risk pregnancies/ advanced diseases as per guidelines specified in the referral system protocol; Promote breast feeding, correct health seeking behavior, proper nutritional practices, good personal hygiene etc. through group counseling and individual counseling of clients; Administer ESP services specified for outreach level; refer to FWC/UHC for other services, following established referral system;
