Job Context:
∎ Centre for Disability in Development (CDD) has been working since 1996 towards an inclusive society for persons with disabilities in Bangladesh by promoting participation of persons with disabilities and creating access to equal opportunities and rights.
∎ This position will be recruited by CDD under a project titled, `Inclusion of People with Disabilities in Digital Services (IPDDS)` to be implemented with the support of CBM Global Disability Inclusion. The project will take initiatives to enhance capacity and skills of persons with disabilities on digital literacy to make them digitally empowered and ensure their meaningful participation in the social and economic development at both local and national level. And the incumbent (Project Manager) is responsible for coordinating and managing the IPDDS project. He/she will provide all sorts of technical and managerial support to the project team including Organizations of Persons with Disabilities (OPD) for smooth operation of project activities.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capacity strengthening:
∎ Conduct need assessment and develop capacity strengthening plan for the persons with disabilities on digital technology;
∎ Coordination and communication with self-help group of different project locations;
∎ Coordinate and organize technical events, meetings, trainings, workshops and dialogues as per project needs;
∎ Project management:
∎ Manage key functions of the project to meet donor expectations in terms of timely and quality results and budget;
∎ Play a lead role in developing detailed project implementation plan (PIP);
∎ Coordinate to develop and implement M&E system and tools, training manual, guidelines, etc.
∎ Develop specific knowledge products for the identification and synthesis of best practices and lessons learned;
∎ Coordinate with project accountant on budget preparation, advance, requisition, adjustment and financial documentation;
∎ Ensure timely donor reports (programmatic and financial) and donor responses;
∎ Networking and Advocacy:
∎ Facilitate local/national level advocacy, advocacy campaign design and collaborate with GO-NGO;
∎ Plan and execute all the digital technology campaign as per project requirements;
∎ Managing the partnership and ensure coordination between projects and implementation leads.
∎ Managing the relationship with local and national authorities and other actors in the respective sector;
∎ Linkage with Social Media Platforms marketing, and manage digital marketing campaigns;
∎ Coordinate and follow up external engagement and collaborations;
∎ Other tasks:
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action;
∎ Coordinate with the third party for proper implementation of study/ evaluation through development of ToR and providing information as needed;
∎ Ensure approval from NGOAB by managing required documents;
∎ Any other task as assigned by the line manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5-7 years' experience in Project Management, including in digital technology and disability sector;
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Development sector, Project management
∎ Sound knowledge on Information Technology, inclusive digital service;
∎ Good knowledge on Social Media platforms, marketing, and digital marketing campaigns;
∎ Experience in the capacity-building program and facilitation of training.
∎ Good negotiation, planning, multi-tasking, and organizational skills;
∎ Experience in national level policy advocacy and development of advocacy campaign design;
∎ Strong communication and networking skills;
∎ Proven experience to prepare and monitor budgets and produce reports;
∎ Strong writing and reporting skills (clear, concise, and responsible communication suited to the interlocutor);
∎ Sound Knowledge and skills on the MEAL framework;

Salary: Tk. 70000 - 75000 (Monthly)
