Job Context:
∎ As a renowned international human resource management and consultancy firm, we look for a dynamic executive for our Project Management department. Our firm works with implementing customized skill development training programs, workshops, and seminars in over 54 countries. As our work closely correlates with that of various donor agencies of the Government of Bangladesh (i.e. World Bank, ADB, UNDP, UNICEF), the potential employee is to show integrity and assist in need-based planning, research, and smooth execution of client projects.
∎ Department: Project Management
∎ Holidays: Fridays and Saturdays (including government holidays)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare research based proposals, schedules and day based itineraries for skill development training programs, workshops
∎ Prepare reports and tenders published by ministries seeking training/workshop management services
∎ Collaborate with clients to identify requirements for their programs
∎ Assist in all overseas program logistics such as accommodation, transport, venue arrangement etc.
∎ Communicate with global counterpart firms and branch offices to smoothly cooperate and organize foreign programs
∎ Form strategic alliances with training institutes (i.e. universities, research labs) or global logistic support firms for business development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
∎ At least 1-2 years of work experience in research and documentation based work (freshers are also highly encouraged to apply)
∎ Exceptional computer skills and expertise in Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel)
∎ Fluency in English (both writing and speaking);
∎ Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
∎ Candidates with research report writing experience will be given preference;
Salary: Negotiable
