Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's in Civil Engineering with 3-4 years of experience in Project Coordination or Project Management, preferably in Telecom Civil Works OR Diploma in Civil Engineering with 6-8 years of experience in Telecom Civil Works.
∎ Knowledge of construction materials, engineering principles, and building codes.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and supervise a team of workers and engineers.
∎ Proficient in MS Office and Project Management tools.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure work progress according to the work schedule.
∎ Prepare project progress report for Management.
∎ Coordination with the entire department that is involved with the project.
∎ Taking responsibility for all problems related to the project and solving them timely.
∎ Schedule the project in logical steps, budget, and time required to meet deadlines.
∎ Leads and control skilled manpower and work engaged in Project activities.
∎ Ability to optimize resources (manpower, equipment and materials, etc.) to ensure efficient and timely completion of the works.
∎ Capabilities of understanding architectural and engineering drawings and specifications to estimate total costs, and preparing detailed cost plans and estimates as tools to assist in budgetary control.
∎ Understand building plans, sections, elevations, and structural drawings.
∎ Should have practical Knowledge of piling, site supervision, bill checking, and measurement book writing.
∎ Responsible for maintaining the store and requisition of materials.
∎ Monitoring contractor work progress, and quality with performance.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Other tasks assigned by the management.
