Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company
∎ Resolving key client issues and complaints
∎ Developing a complete understanding of key account needs
∎ Anticipating key account changes and improvements
∎ Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
∎ Managing account team assigned to each client
∎ Strategic planning to improve client results
∎ Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
∎ Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
∎ Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management
∎ Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5-year(s) experiences in relevant field.
∎ Communication and Correspondent with foreign & local Customers, EPC Contractors, Logistic Companies.
∎ Should have detailed knowledge of Documentation for clearing the imported goods from customs and forwarding the exported goods. H.S code and its application, Bill of Entry, Bill of Exchange (B/E), Bill of Lading (B/L), Bill of Export, SRO, SWIFT, UCP-600, HAB, MAWB, PSI, ICD, LCL & FCL Cargo, IGM & EGM, Tariff of import & export goods, Pre & Post Shipment Inspection.
∎ Assessable Value & Invoice value, Tax Holiday & Duty Drawback, INCOTERMS, Commercial, Banking, Customs and Shipping terms knowledge.
∎ Responsible to Execute, Operation, Co-ordinate, Monitor and manage export/ import works with Government officials, valuable client.
∎ Must have good knowledge in Heavy Lift, Haulage, Inland- Marine Transportation, Crane, SPMT, Module Trailer, Low Bed, Barge, Tug, Costal Vessel Operation, Project Cargo Handling, ODC Cargo Handling etc.
∎ Having excellent knowledge and expertise in Customs Tax, Clearing & Forwarding, Port Clearance, Freight Forwarding, Import, Export, Re-Export Processes, Sea & Air Cargo Handling etc.
∎ Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, and technical capacity
∎ New business development: Acquire strategic, high value clients spread across multiple industry verticals
∎ Knowledge in Heavy industrial Equipment maintenance.
∎ Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
∎ Goal-oriented, organized team player
∎ Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
∎ Self-motivated and self-directed
∎ Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
∎ In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry
∎ Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
∎ Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
∎ Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel skills.
∎ Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
∎ Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account
∎ Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
∎ Fluency in English
∎ Ability to take ownership and solve problems
∎ Positive and resilient attitude
∎ Great teamwork skill
