Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Medical Graduate or Masters in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Public Health or any relevant discipline preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support planning, implementation, and maintaining data collection and analysis and coordinates the collection and analysis of facility assessment data.
∎ Ensures smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of assessment data collection activities and acts as the primary administrative point of contact for internal staff and assessment sites
∎ Coordinates the provision of support services to data collectors and data analysis
∎ Develop and maintains records of assessment activities, and prepares periodic and adhoc reports, as required by administrators, funding agencies, and/or regulatory bodies.
∎ Organize and support National and County level entry/dissemination meetings
∎ Prepare and organize for project meetings and workshops including progress review meetings and any other meeting required at national and county level.
∎ Prepare monthly budget projections and update/review the projections as required for the Country FMR report
∎ Travel as appropriate to program sites to assist in program logistics, including financial arrangements, equipment, data collection, supply coordination and travel arrangements
∎ Process task orders, receive and review consultants' invoices for payment processing
∎ Working closely with program lead, coordinate execution of approved program workplan
∎ Working closely with program lead supervise program consultants and Data Collectors for efficient delivery of their scope
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years full time experience working in NGO / INGO health sector
∎ Good knowledge in MS office (word, ppt, excel etc)
∎ Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary and multicultural group of colleagues and external stakeholders
∎ Self-motivated and able to work well with minimal supervision
∎ Creative, flexible, and resourceful and able to cope with logistical challenges
∎ Ability to travel within Bangladesh at a short notice
∎ Be willing to take on extra responsibilities in order to achieve the goals/objectives set by the organization

Salary: Negotiable
