Job Context:
∎ The BACE (Bangladesh Association for Community Education) is a Non-Government, non-profit organization established in 1977 by a group of distinguished individuals concerned with education and human resources development to the disadvantaged people in Bangladesh.
∎ BACE is going to implement a short time project "RICE (Resilience Interventions for Community Empowerment) project." at Jamalpur district from 01st of December 2019 supported by Action Aid Bangladesh. The objective of the project is to resilience of the flood affected people through cash for work, livelihood development and WASH support. Now BACE is looking for an experienced and ambitious staff for the position of Project Coordinator (PC) to implement its RICE project.
∎ Employment Status: Full-time for 06 month duration
∎ Job Location: Dewangonj and Madergonj upazial of Jamalpur district

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular follow up & track the progress of different project interventions
∎ Providing technical support and coordination for cash transfer through MMT, procurement of different project material following BACE policy.
∎ Arranging a different meeting with different stakeholders, service providers, and duty bearer.
∎ Coordination and communication with project stakeholders, GOs, NGOs, Private Sectors, CBOs, Service Providers, BACE and ActionAid Bangladesh
∎ Staff development & management
∎ Ensuring that team members are given appropriate workloads and are working efficiently.
∎ Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of project events/ activities.
∎ Ensure the compliance of all manuals and organizational policies for the project team with proper practice and record.
∎ Qualitative and quantitative report writing in English (as per BACE management and ActionAid Bangladesh need).
∎ Financial Management & Budget controlling.
∎ Conduct meeting, seminars and workshops.
∎ Regular Financial Monitoring and transition to ensure value for money.
∎ Any other assignment given by the higher authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ About 10 year(s) experience in development organization of which at least 05 years' experience in humanitarian response activities and knowledge on humanitarian core standards.

Salary:
∎ Consolidated monthly salary Tk. 40,000 (Forty thousand) with other admissible allowances as per project criteria
