Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate in Social Work / Natural Resource Management, with a minimum of ten years of relevant experience. Excellent command over English and the local language.

Job Context:
∎ Pragya Solutions is a group with the aim of creating, undertaking and supporting impactful development programming. We seek to deliver integrated and holistic development projects in the areas of agriculture, natural resource management, water management, disaster management, renewable energy, education, health and gender. We work throughout South Asia, operating through a network of autonomous country-specific entities in Bangladesh, India and Nepal, as well as in partnership with close associates in other parts of the world, working with grassroots civil society organisations, academic and research institutions, as well as State actors, in the respective countries, for effective delivery on projects.
∎ We invite applications for the following position:
∎ Location: Based in Dhaka with travel to Narayanganj, Munshiganj, Khulna, Chittagong and other areas as and when needed.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Successful implementation of programs, across multiple domains (in the area of Natural Resource Management, Social Issues), in interaction with grassroots partners, including:
∎ a. Detailed design and planning of project activities and scheduling their delivery
∎ b. Determining project locations, partners, beneficiaries; building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
∎ c. Monitoring and tracking progress, and guiding course corrections on an ongoing basis
∎ d. Documentation of progress and reporting to the Designated Supervisor.
∎ e. Undertaking research and evaluation of programs, as directed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates need to have strong experience in program management; exposure to projects on both NRM and Social Issues will be preferred.
