Educational Requirements:
∎ A 4 year bachelor's degree in mass communication/social sciences/ development studies/business management/environmental sciences/other relevant fields.
Job Context:
∎ Purpose:
∎ To develop and maintain a partnership management system for Traidcraft Exchange Bangladesh programme.
∎ At Traidcraft Exchange every member of staff is required to support our efforts to build our reputation, fundraise where they can and advocate on issues we campaign on.
∎ Everyone is an ambassador; everyone is an advocate; everyone is a fundraiser.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with the senior program leadership team to identify current high-priority partners such as producer's/worker's groups/associations, relevant value chain actors, individual/corporate philanthropists, Strategic donors etc,
∎ Working with CD, HoP and Transition Team Leader towards partnership development and management process
∎ Develop partnership due diligence check-list Facilitate identifying the multiple needs of the partners using a participatory process
∎ With input from appropriate stakeholders, developa framework for a prioritized list of strategic partnerships for TX
∎ Develop a partnership management system that ensures we continually capture knowledge about our working and strategic partners (e.g. organization charts, current projects, our understanding of their goals).
∎ Work differently, innovatively, creatively, and flexibly and committed to helping in the Transformation of Traidcraft Exchange being driven by the communities that we want to benefit from our work
∎ .Interact directly with communities -farmers, workers, while also with other supporting organisations and where required with Government, private sector, and Donors.
∎ Documenting new process and successes
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in partnership/relationship development, processdesign and implementation,
∎ Good communication and rapport development skill
∎ Intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn about a range of issues quickly, and a passion for our mission to improve the well-being of humanity throughout the world
∎ Willingness and physical fitness to travel extensively (including remotest areas of Bangladesh)
∎ Good speaking and writing skills in English, fluency in Bangla
Salary:
∎ BDT 1,500,000 Per Annum
